Capt. Rich reported that the big fluke bit well today despite a very fast drift and some rather sporty fluking conditions. Nevertheless a good number of anglers aboard either had their limit or were very close to it. A lot of jumbo fish again today as in the past two weeks with many fish in the four to six pound range and several larger ones to at least 8lbs to battle it out for the pool. Customers tossed back a nice pile of super size sea bass to nearly 6lbs today and had several hard fighting ocean blues as well that decided to hunt down the trolled fluke offerings. Capt. Rich looks forward to a drier and more friendly weather day in general tomorrow with the full day boat being the Gail Frances setting sail at 7am.
Reminder we kick off our half days tomorrow and through the remainder of June we will sail two trips daily at 8am to Noon and 1pm to 5pm and for those customers who are intersted in doing back to back half day outings we will take $5 off the second trip.
